In September 2011 I was invited to take part in TV Comedy writer, Alex Worrall’s self improvement journey in mind, body and spirit for The Guardian. We met in London’s Battersea Park where I was filmed coaching Alex. You can watch me in action in the short film and read about Alex’s experience in his blog ‘Lessons in Life’.
