WHAT I OFFER
Green Space Life Coaching offers one to one coaching – indoors and outdoors, group workshop walks to reconnect with nature and group life coaching for women.
In one to one coaching, a client typically chooses an issue or part of their life they would like to focus on and explore. I listen, observe and ask open questions that ignite that person’s best thinking, helping them to find their own solution and way forward.
I recommend on average 4 to 6 sessions over a period of 2 to 3 months to make change sustainable. It is also fine to have more sessions over a longer time frame, checking in every few months or longer to discuss progress and self development and to come for just 1 or 2 sessions if you feel you need support with a specific situation or issue.
It is important to me that my coaching work is as inclusive as possible and available to a broad range of people with low to high income. I like to encourage potential clients to speak to me about their particular circumstances if their financial situation stops them from taking up sessions.

1:1 COACHING INDOORS
1:1 coaching from consultation room at Bodywise, Bethnal Green, East London and the Healthy Living Centre, Islington, North London, on alternate Tuesdays between 5pm-9pm. Sessions run for 55 minutes.

WOMEN’S LIFE COACHING GROUP
I offer a drop in women’s life coaching group the first Thursday of every month from The Healthy Living Centre in Islington, 7-9pm.
The group offers like-minded women an opportunity to share their experiences, worries, successes with other women in a safe space where they will be heard, find support and new ways forward as well as inspiration and enjoyment.
I offer this group on request with a minimum number of 4 and a maximum number of 8 women.
Sessions take place at 7-9pm, limited to a maximum of 8 women. £15 /£10 concessions.

COACHING OUTDOORS
1:1 coaching while walking in one of London parks on Fridays and Saturdays year round, as well as Thursday and Friday evenings during British Summer Time (April– September). Sessions run for 1 hour.
I usually arrange a mutually convenient green space with my clients for the session. London has lots of green spaces to offer such as Hyde Park, Hampstead Heath, Kensington Palace Gardens, Green Park and St James Park to name just a few. It doesn’t matter how big the park – coaching in nature works in any green space.
What to wear: Please wear sturdy shoes, trainers or walking boots, warm clothes (layers work well) as well as raincoat. Please bring a rucksack instead of a shoulder bag if you carry things as it allows you to walk more freely.
GROUP WORKSHOPS IN NATURE
My colleague Adrian Harris and I offer workshop walks in nature for up to 12 people in Richmond Park, Hampstead Heath and on Hawkwood Local Food Growing site (Organiclea) and its ancient woodlands near Epping Forest between May – October.
Workshops typically run from 12.00 to 4.30 pm.
£20 advance bookings (£25 on the day). £10 teenagers.
The workshops offer people the opportunity to take time out from our busy urban lives and reconnect with nature and the invigorating energy of spring and summer. A gentle walk will be interspersed with simple yet powerful exercises to enhance sensory awareness, deepen a connection with the natural surroundings and help catalyse personal change.
What to wear and bring: Wear sturdy shoes and bring some clothing layers, a raincoat and a rucksack. Bring plenty of water, snacks and some lunch to share. More information on logistics and what to bring will be sent out to participants before each workshop.

NEW! SINGING IN HARMONY WITH NATURE
Experience the joy of singing outdoors in nature. Learn and share some fantastic songs from around the world in a 90 minute group workshop in Victoria Park. All welcome, and no singing experience needed.
The workshop will include some relaxation exercises to help us tune into the beautiful green space of Victoria Park, leaving us share some easy, uplifting songs to celebrate each other and nature. This workshop will be run by Karen Liebenguth and Shilpa Shah.
