Are you a leader who wants to lead ethically? Would you benefit from taking a pause from your busy schedule to sit and reflect with likeminded people. 

Our complementary monthly session offers leaders a place of both quiet reflection and an opportunity to find connection with likeminded people through a process of sharing experiences and listening to others.
 
The peaceful meditative nature of the sessions means that they will be of most interest to people with experience of mindfulness, self-reflection, contemplation or of spending quiet time. We meet via Zoom, on the second Monday of the month 6.45-7.30pm (UK time). Some members attend every session, others dip in and out as it suits them.
